A Telegram bot, online 24/7, without managing a server
A bot has to run somewhere all the time. Uno gives it a small computer of its own that never switches off, and an AI that writes and launches the bot for you.
Why it’s hard today
- A bot on your laptop goes quiet when the laptop sleeps.
- Free hosting tiers often put the bot to sleep, and it misses messages.
- A VPS means a terminal, systemd and restarts after crashes.
How it works on Uno
- Get a computer on Small$5 a month: 1 GB memory, 1 core, 15 GB disk. Enough for a bot or two.
- Tell the AI what the bot doesIn Uno Work or in your own agent (Claude Code, Codex): “Make a bot that takes orders and sends them to me”.
- Paste the token from @BotFatherThe AI puts it in a secret, not in the code, and starts the bot.
- The bot runsIt stays online when your laptop is closed. The AI sets it up as a service, so it starts again after a restart.
Orders in a table, a database, a site for the bot — on the same computer.
Root SSH and Docker if you want them. Take the code anywhere.
If people just leave a request, a free site with a form sends it to Telegram — no bot needed.
Questions
Do I need to code?
No. Describe the bot; the AI writes and runs it. Uno AI is +$15 a month for 40 hours, or use your own Claude or ChatGPT.
Which language?
Any: Python, Node.js, Go. It is a real Linux computer.
What if the bot crashes?
It runs as a service and restarts on its own. Ask the AI to read the logs and fix it.
Your computer with AI, always online.
Your own computer in the cloud. Your AI and your projects live on it and keep working when your laptop is closed.
